Who Can Participate?

Any Honorably discharged veteran may participate. Veteran applications are consid-ered based on military campaigns with the oldest first through the most recent. Veterans with life threatening illnesses take precedent.

Each veteran will be paired up with a “Guardian”. A guardian is a traveling buddy for the day. Veterans do not have to know their Guardian before the flight, but often friends and family members want to be a guardian. The cost for Guardians is $650 for the entire trip

It is our aim to help vulnerable people overcome tough challenges to improve the quality of life for all Carroll County citizens. When a father rebuilds his life, a mother learns to read, or a Veteran is healed, our entire community is uplifted.
