Stephen is the pastor of Roopville Road Baptist Church in Roopville, GA, and has been serving in fulltime ministry since 1992. He is a graduate of the University of North Florida, Luther Rice Seminary, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and earned his Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Studies at Covington Theological Seminary.

Sheriff Terry Langley
Terry has served as Sheriff of Carroll County since 2001 and is currently in his fourth term. Over the years, Sheriff Langley has served in the Uniformed Patrol Division, Criminal Investigations Division and as Deputy Warden for the Carroll County Prison. He is a graduate of the Georgia Police Academy, the 2000 Georgia Sheriff’s Elect Academy, and the 2002 National Sheriff’s Institute.
Kathy is a founder and President/CEO of Impact West GA. She serves as Minister of Missions at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church where she has served as a lay person and staff member since 1991. Kathy is a graduate of Trinity Bible College and Seminary where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Studies and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies.
Darrell is a founder of Impact West GA and Deacon at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. A cum laude graduate of J. Sargeant Reynolds College, he earned his degree in Business Administration. He is a Vietnam Era Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He retired from Lowe’s Corporation where he managed stores from Virginia to Georgia. Since the typical retirement lifestyle does not suit him, he began his own business and currently operates Parsons Enterprises.
Tiffany A. Parsons
Tiffany is a founder of Impact West GA and is an Applied Sociologist at the University of West Georgia. She is currently ABD in her doctoral studies in Sociology at Georgia State University. Her areas of research include poverty, homelessness, and hunger; race, ethnicity, and culture. She wrote the state of the field on homelessness and the homeless in 2009 and developed the only known successful transition program for suburban homeless.
Impact West GA was founded as Impact International in 2004 by the Parsons family, Kathy, Darrell, and Tiffany, along with their friend, Delores Sanford.
Originally from Raleigh, NC, John calls Georgia his home as he was transplanted here with his family at the age of 6. John is a microcomputer expert and spent much of his career working for companies such as Zenith Data Systems, Lotus Development Corporation, and IBM. Then, in 2009 John returned to school at the University of West Georgia where he earned his Master's degree in Sociology.
